Are Organic Products Worth Their Weight In Gold?

by sarakhan

We all care about our health, don’t we? Sometimes we innovate and experiment, sometimes we use age-old advice to preserve our health. With our diet, the absorption of pesticide residues also increases, and we unknowingly damage our liver and other internal organs. We must find a solution to this problem. We can say one thing: pesticide residues are found in the vegetables and fruits we eat, and we cannot stop eating them. So are there alternatives or substitutes to conventional foods? Organic products could be the definitive answer to the emerging problem of adulteration!

It’s no secret that these products cost more than conventional foods. And why? Because they have a different development process and cultivation technique: organic farming. One of the most common misconceptions about organic foods is that they are more nutrient-dense. However, their nutritional value is the same, but without the harmful residues found in traditional foods.

Advantages of organic foods.

  1. The absence of pesticide residues protects the liver from the repeated toxic attacks of conventional foods.
  2. It consumes more calories and strengthens the body’s overall immunity.
  3. Since they do not contain pesticide residues, they are more easily digested by the body’s digestive system than conventional foods.
  4. Even fried foods such as potato chips are tasty when made from organic foods.
  5. By eating organic food, you can protect the environment, as the pesticides and chemicals used to preserve vegetables and fruits longer have an impact on natural systems. Therefore, there is no long-term benefit.

When buying organic products, always check the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) label: products labeled “100% organic” contain no artificial synthetic additives, while products labeled “95% organic ingredients” contain trace amounts of additives, both of which are eligible for the USDA organic label. Both products are eligible for the USDA organic label. In addition, products labeled “made with organic ingredients” are about 70% organic but are not on the USDA list for certified organic.

In some conventional grocery stores, sales staff try to convince customers to buy by claiming that the government has passed certain rules regarding pesticide use and that only “safe” pesticides are used. The fact is, however, that cooking food together with pesticides does not make it safer. We don’t know how the chemicals will react and what byproducts may end up in the food and harm us.
